In January 2006 I gave birth to my first daughter, she was absolutely beautiful and I was so proud! Unfortunately she had a complicated combination of heart conditions and was not strong enough to recover from her surgery.

I have put this site together as an information resource to other parents who may have experienced something similar.

I have included my full story, a collection of poems that have helped me, links to the British Heart Foundation site and a few other things.

I have also started to raise money for Jazmin's room at the new children's hospital and am hoping we can raise enough to have the room named after her as a permanent memorial. Any donations or suggestions are very much appreciated!!
